Join us for the 39th Annual Our Hospice Summer Concert on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at The Circle K Fieldhouse at NexusPark! This year’s event features incredible live performances by Captain Fantastic – The Magic of Elton John, including the music of Billy Joel, and The Eagles Project. Presented by Our Hospice and supported by Dunlap (2025 Corporate Partner) and Columbus Regional Health (Partner Sponsor), this unforgettable night of music and community celebration is one you won’t want to miss!

The concert is our largest fundraiser! The generous support of all our sponsors and donors enables Our Hospice to continue to provide the best in hospice, personal care, bereavement and palliative care for the 22 counties we serve in South Central Indiana.

$10,000 Raffle Order Form

Purchase your raffle tickets by downloading the form and mailing it to the address provided. You can pay by cash ,check or money order. The traditional $10,000 raffle drawing will take place immediately following the last band (you do not need to be present to win).

Things to know before the concert

Entry: NO fire arms, edged or chemical weapons of any kind. ALL bags will be searched by security prior to entry. CLEAR BAGS recommended.
 
Seating: No seating is provided – take your own lawn chairs and/or blankets.  No tents, canopies or large umbrellas allowed.
 
Smoking: This is a non-smoking event.
Coolers: NO outside food or drink with the exception of medical needs. Concessions and Food Vendors will be available.
 
Pets: No pets allowed except service animals.
 
Concert Updates: will be on the Our Hospice Facebook page and local media
