Care At Your Side
At Our Hospice, we are committed to providing expert guidance and education, focusing on the process of grieving and bereavement. Bereavement is a natural part of life, often encountered after losing a loved one but also during various life changes. We recognize that everyone’s journey with loss is personal, but remember, you’re not alone – we’re here to support you.
Our Bereavement Care extends specialized assistance to adults, children, and families. This support serves as a bridge, connecting you with others who have journeyed through similar loss. Our dedicated care is overseen and assisted by licensed bereavement professionals and social workers

Camp Eva
Camp Eva is our annual children’s grief camp, created for kids ages 5–12 who have experienced the loss of someone they love. Held each September, the day combines fun activities with opportunities for remembrance and sharing, all in a safe, supportive setting. Guided by our Bereavement Specialist and trained team, children learn healthy ways to express their feelings, connect with others, and honor the memory of their loved one. Next camp: September 19, 2026.

Transformers
We offer a nurturing support group for children aged 5-12 and their families/caregivers. Connect with others who have also experienced a loss, share common journeys, and learn valuable coping strategies. In-between sessions, we provide in-home activities as additional resources to reinforce the support we give.
Beginning in October, sessions occur once a month at St. Peter's Lutheran Church & School.
